The last activity of this Unit, to evaluate what you have learned, is to analyse some pieces of geometric art, another use of geometry.

Evaluation activity: Geometric art

1st Activity

Examine this piece of art and mark (use different colours):

• A hexagon and its apothem. 
•  A circle and its radius and centre, and a tangent line to the circle. 
•  An equilateral triangle, a right triangle and a isosceles triangle, and its height

2nd Activity

Find all kind of triangles in this other piece of art and mark them in different colours:

~        Acute, obtuse, equilateral, isosceles, right, scalene. Mark the height of each triangle, using the same colour to identify it.

3rd Activity

Estimate all the angles you see in this map:

4rd Activity

Create a piece of geometric art where you show all you have learned in this unit. Indicate each concept you are showing in your picture.
